Privacy Policy

App QUINTIA and quintia.app · updated 20 August 2026
Summary: you play without an account and without signing in — the daily puzzles, ranks and badges run entirely on your device. An account is created only when you choose to enter the League or a club. From that point your nickname, daily scores and playing time are stored on our server. We do not collect your e‑mail, we have no ads or tracking, and you can delete your account at any time.

Controller

The Clover Group Sp. z o.o., ul. Twarda 18, 00‑105 Warsaw, Poland. Contact: [email protected].

Two modes, two privacy levels

Data stored once you join

A randomly generated account identifier, the nickname you choose, your daily results (scores, errors, hints, duration, game day number) and your club memberships. We never ask for e‑mail, password, name, phone number or social login.

Legal basis: your consent given by joining (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in fair competition and anti‑cheat (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

What we do not collect

No e‑mail, phone number, location, contacts, photos or files. No advertising identifier (IDFA/AAID). No ads, no analytics SDKs, no third‑party trackers.

Processors

Our backend runs on Supabase (processor), with data stored on servers in the European Union. The site and app are delivered via Cloudflare. We do not sell data.

One exception applies to the launch notification form on this site only. The e‑mail address you type there passes through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which forwards it to our mailbox; its servers are outside the European Economic Area. The address is never stored in the game database and is used for a single message: the launch announcement. If you would rather skip that intermediary, write to [email protected] instead.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account exists. Delete it in Settings → Delete account, or write to [email protected] — including after uninstalling. Deletion removes your profile, nickname, results and club memberships. Only anonymous aggregate counts remain.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO).

Children

The content is suitable for all ages. An account — needed for the League and for clubs — may be created independently by players aged 16 and over; younger players need a parent or guardian to agree. The daily puzzles work without an account and send nothing to our server, so younger players can use them with no consent at all.
