The service: a daily puzzle game. Every player receives the same five puzzles plus one bonus round each day. The core game is free and requires no account.
Who may use it: anyone. The daily puzzles need no account and no consent. An account — required for the League and for clubs — may be created independently by players aged 16 or over; below that age a parent or guardian must agree. The game contains nothing unsuitable for children (PEGI 3 / 4+).
Accounts and names: the daily puzzles need no account. An account is created only when you join the League or a club, because that is the point at which other people see your score. It is anonymous — no e-mail, no password, no name — and the only thing you choose is a player name. You can delete the account at any time from Settings. Player names are public and must not be offensive, misleading or infringe third-party rights. We may rename or block names that break these rules; three independent reports remove a name automatically, and the player then picks a new one. Only the name is removed — the account, its scores and its position stay.
The League and clubs: the League is a weekly table of up to thirty players drawn automatically; you take part voluntarily and rise or fall a tier on that week's points alone. A club is yours to create and to invite into — anyone holding the invite code can join and see the members' scores. If you delete your account, clubs you created pass to the longest-standing member rather than disappearing.
Fair play: modifying the app, submitting forged scores, using bots, creating multiple accounts to inflate rankings or manipulating the device clock are prohibited. We may remove scores, exclude an account from rankings or block it. You may appeal by e-mail.
Paid versions: the core game stays free. Any paid tier is sold solely through the App Store and Google Play, which handle payment, invoicing, cancellation and refunds under their own terms. Digital content is delivered immediately; by starting to use it with your explicit consent you waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.
Intellectual property: the game, its name, logo, graphics, puzzles and code are ours or licensed to us. Personal use is allowed; copying, reselling, decompiling or commercial use is not. Sharing screenshots and scores on social media is welcome.
Availability: we aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it. We may change scoring rules or discontinue the service, giving at least 14 days' notice of material changes.
Complaints: write to [email protected]; we reply within 14 days. Payment issues go to the store where the purchase was made.
Governing law: Polish law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
